Little boy collecting Nswa for his lunch. These bugs are large flying termites that hatch by the droves during the beginning of the rainy season. They are roasted with cooking oil or butter and eaten with nshima. This yummy Zambian delicacy provides very needed protein to some of the Zambian households along with caterpillars and Mopani worms!!
