Victoria Falls near Livingstone

The Victoria Falls are among the most beautiful waterfalls in the world. During the rainy season, water spills over a wide plateau over 1 mile in width into a chasm some 350 feet deep (about twice the height of Niagara Falls). These photos were taken in September during the "dry season" in Zambia, so he falls are much less wide. Victoria Falls is less than 10 miles from the southern Zambia city of Livingstone.
